A couple weeks back, I attended the Mulberry store opening in SF. It was a beautiful space and lovely event. Aside from seeing my beautiful blogger buddies, a huge highlight for me was the oyster bar! Imagine devouring delicious fresh oysters to your heart's desire! (I must admit that this marked the start of my recent oyster obsession.) I wore a recent addition to my closet c/o Sugarlips Apparel (which you can bet will be getting its own proper outfit post soon) and my basic black accessories. Thanks to Mulberry and Vogue for the enjoyable evening!

One quiet Thursday evening, the boy and I made a short bus ride out to a tucked away restaurant on the pier. I was pretty excited to go, as my boyfriend had nothing but rave reviews about the place. Once we walked in, I could see why it was one of his favorites in the city. With old school charm and plenty of character, I knew the night was going to be a good one. It seemed like we got there at a good time too, as shortly after our arrival the place quickly filled up. Once seated, we enjoyed a beautiful view of the bay while waiting to order. We started with a small bowl of clam chowder that was both comforting and delicious. For main courses, I went with the Salmon over Lobster Ravioli and he chose his usual Crab Roll and Fries. When my dish came out, I was surprised at the large serving. The ravioli and salmon combo wass lovely and filled with great flavor. I took several bites of the boy's crab roll and loved the fresh crab and warm buttered roll. Aside from the wonderful dinner, it was amazing being able to step outside after eating to watch the beautiful San Francisco sunset. If you're a fan of great service, yummy seafood, and wonderful views, Scoma's is definitely a place to add on your list. Do note, however, that they don't take reservations, so it's best to be early if you'd like the best seat in the house!

If you've been wondering whether or not I'm still here, I am. I've been noticeably quiet not due to apathy, rather my poor Mac has decided to kick the can after five long years. For now, I'll be updating as regularly as possible, but you can imagine how difficult it will be with no computer. In any case, I'm going to try my very best! The winner of my giveaway with Crash and Burn will also be announced at the end of this week, so stay tuned! Happy Fourth of July to those who will be celebrating. Hope you have a wonderful day with fireworks and friends! xo
